Protect high-dollar differentials with a Heavy Duty Differential Cover from RT Off-Road. These covers are constructed of 3/8″ high grade forged steel with a raised fill plug for extra oil capacity. They feature strengthening ribs to ensure a broken or peeled differential cover doesn't cut the day short. The mating surface is machined flat to ensure a leak-free fitment. All covers are finished in a red powder coat and include flanged hex bolts as well as RTV.

A major problem in late 80's and early 90's Jeep vehicles were the vacuum disconnect front axles. RT Off-Road's Secure Disconnect Lock System removes and replaces that failure prone vacuum disconnect. The factory disconnect assembly is replaced with a reliable cable actuated system. The stainless steel cable is zinc coated to protect the already durable finish. Our aluminum housing replaces the factory vacuum assembly and installs directly in place with a new gasket. Our wiring kit will ensure the factory 4WD light continues to operate as it did originally.
